Why Business Goals Should Apply Well Beyond January

Personal Development

Personally, the idea of coming up with fresh business goals annually is not an appealing concept to me. Just because January rolls around to signal a new year, which I am very grateful to be around for, this does not mean I suddenly become mesmerized with completing such a task. That’s not to say that I don’t want to continue learning and improving. I simply have long ago realized that the process of succeeding in business is ongoing. There is no reason why January should be considered more important than the 11 months that follow when it comes to any aspect of business. Every situation you handle, along with every customer, matters greatly. If you’re blessed with common sense and integrity, the best way to show your gratitude is to apply these gifts year round. Count me in as someone who proudly adheres to these values. No matter what year you come across this blog post, never doubt the importance of applying “white hat” business techniques in all situations. Doing so will likely help you to build both your reputation and business on a continual, year round, basis.

I know that I have the ability to achieve the object of my definite purpose in life, therefore, I demand of myself persistent, continuous action toward its attainment, and I here and now promise to render such action.“~~Napoleon Hill; author of  Think and Grow Rich.
